No. That's too high a bar and would likely paralyze a lot of applicants. You're not expected to be a professional writer, and you're not applying for an MFA program. And you can't control an admissions officer's feelings, not least because you have no idea what kind of emotional response someone has when reading your essay among thousands.
Your mission is to know what you want to say, and present yourself well and authentically, whatever that means in your situation. If you've done some introspection, that is doable!
