Character & Fitness Disclosures

Character & Fitness Disclosures

Working with Ada has been extremely rewarding during the admissions process. Having to disclose previous legal matters to law schools caused some concern as to whether I would be accepted or not. If it weren’t for Ada, I am not sure I would be accepted to law school. Because of her help, I am planning on attending a top 100 law school with a significant scholarship. I am forever grateful for Ada’s guidance during this process.

Together we crafted a targeted application approach that allowed me to focus my energy on applying to my top choice schools while also have a strong back-up plan I felt confident about. Overall, my law school application process was about as painless as I could have hoped for,and that is in large part due to Ada’s guidance. I am thrilled to be attending a top ten law school (and my top choice!) next year, and I can’tthank Ada and Ivey Consulting enough!

Janeille asked questions that made me rethink the entire application

Janeille asked questions that made me rethink the entire application

I had worked with an admissions consultant from a different company and thought my application was ready to go. I wanted Anna Ivey Consulting to give a final review and sprinkle their magic dust on the application so I could start pumping out the apps. The conversations I had with Janeille and the questions she asked made me re-think my entire application. She helped me discover exactly what makes me unique and the most effective way to convey that to law schools. Comparing my original pre-Janeille essay with the post-Janeille final product showed me just how insightful and thoughtful her help was. Thank you!!!!!!

Greg, there really isn't a price I can put on the help you've provided me. Originally, I was expecting to pay sticker and hoping I would get the opportunity to be at a T-14. Now, I have three T-10 offers, one with a 60K scholarship. Thank you so much for helping me to present myself in the best way possible. This has worked out better than I could have ever imagined or hoped for.

Delivered More Than Promised

Delivered More Than Promised

Working two jobs and getting my family ready to move to another state for law school doesn't leave me much time for writing unsolicited reviews of products or services.  However, working with Anna Ivey was such a delight that I am compelled to share a few thoughts. In my experience, I found only one discrepancy between Anna Ivey as advertised and Anna Ivey in reality:  she delivered more than what she promised.

Paying a seat deposit to a school in the top ten with the help of Vince

Paying a seat deposit to a school in the top ten with the help of Vince

As of now, I have been admitted to schools in the top tier, including one in the top 25 with a scholarship. But never in my wildest dreams did I think I would find myself paying a seat deposit to a remarkable institution, a school in the top 10 that I only applied to on an impulse! By far my top choice given my LSAT score and geographic location, I haven't quite recovered from the astonishment. To say this school was a "reach" is an understatement and then some. My application to this single school was nothing less than a "Hail Mary" pass play, to use a football analogy. With the help of Vincent and Ivey Consulting, I threw a very, very good pass.

Confidence and peace of mind with an academic probation addendum

I just want to thank you for recommending Greg to help me with the application process. I couldn't be more pleased with his work. His advice on the essays has been straightforward and insightful. I took a couple of wrong turns with the personal statement. His responses to those first few drafts not only showed me which parts weren't working, but also guided me in a new direction that showcased my personality and experience, and gave a clear argument for my decision to go to law school.
